Millions of people, men women and children are falling victims of human trafficking. Antisocial touts run a multi crore business by targeting vulnerable human beings as their victims.
Trafficking for sex trade, organ sale, narcotics trade, promise of placement for jobs and migrant labour, and sex tourism are some of the weird forms of human trafficking.
Even some doctors and hospitals are accused of human cadaver sale to touts. In the name of organ sale, patients are declared dead even before they breathe their last. Such elements have sold their soul to the devil.
Legislation alone is not enough.
Implementation is urgent. Well meaning NGOs, world bodies, church organisations, governments and social activists need to combine their strength in tackling this issue.
